How to steal in Fake an Egg

The Roblox description names this loop in two lines: disguise as an egg and wait, then steal their best pet. I matched that to the steps in AllThingsHow and the October 26 quick guide, then marked anything that is only community advice.
The loop
- Enter the green pipe in your own pen.
- Choose Select Disguise, pick an egg, and press Use.
- You are moved to the central egg area. Wait to be bought.
- If the timer runs out, the disguise drops and you start over.
- After the buyer hatches you in their base, walk to a pet and press E.
- The prompt says to escape to your base. Carry the pet into your pen.
Payouts that were printed
Bunny disguise: earn $30 when bought. Giraffe: earn $5.0K when bought. Both lines are from the AllThingsHow money guide, so they are single source.
Community tips, not guarantees
- Roonby says real eggs hop and change direction, and they do not spin in a full circle. Copy that, do not invent a 360.
- The rebirth egg a player needs is shown above their base. Matching that egg is the suggestion.
- fake-an-egg-wiki.wiki suggests targets who are chatting or showing pets, and a sideways escape instead of a straight line home.
- A scanner can read REAL. Without one, odd movement is a hint, not proof. Standing still is not proof either.
